This is ChetChat Masterclass on the Best Time Table For School Students, learn How to Make 100% Successful Time Table and find the best time table for school students with the best time table for students and how to make time table as well as how to make time table for study with advice on the the best time table for study and a 100% successful time table

So, this is a weekly time table which packs in time for your major goals plus exercise, healthy eating, a good nights sleep, time to catch up with friends as well as time to chill.

Overall, this time table gives us the following 10 things

  1. Enough study Time – about 30 hours a week including tuition time etc. which is an average of more than four hours a day outside of school hours. Which is a lot. So you can adjust this to suit your requirements
  2. Sleep of 7 – 8 hours at night with a 20 minute nap in the day time on weekends
  3. An hour of Exercise six days a week
  4. Ability to Follow your passion every single day
  5. Build your profile for college admissions
  6. Learn one new and creative thing every week
  7. Prepare yourself for a successful life by being organised and disciplined
  8. Frequent breaks and
  9. Ability to handle Multiple subjects and use different methods of learning
  10. Be stress free and happy

And now the time table- we have a different schedule for weekdays and for weekends.

Weekdays

5:30 am – wake up, wash your face, have a glass of warm water with lemon, a few more glasses of water and eat a fruit like a banana or papaya. This will not only give you nutrients, but also the sugar in the fruits will give your brain a burst of energy to start the day.

6:00am  to 7:00am – This is the time to exercise. Morning workouts are a great way to increase your energy for the entire day, plus the air outdoors is cleaner and fresher than in the evenings. So go to the gym, walk, swim or play a sport, do yoga or meditate.

7:00 to 8:00am – Shower and have a good breakfast with proteins and complex carbohydrates. A high protein breakfast is very important in keeping you healthy during your growing years. So keep that packaged cereal box away, and reach out to the egg whites, milk, curd, sprouts, oats, dalia or a nutritious smoothie.

8:30 am to 3:30 pm – School or college routine. Make sure you have a balanced lunch with greens, fibre and protein. And a mid-morning healthy snack and lots of water during the day.

4:00 pm – Come home and Have a healthy snack before going for tuitions e.g. salad with sprouts, paneer/tofu/ egg whites with chia seeds.

4:00 to 5:30 pm – Typically either tuitions or home work

6:00 – 6:30 pm – Chill time with friends and family. Have a salad, or a handful of peanuts and some dry fruits. Hydrate

6:30pm to 7:30 pm – Sit with a different subject every day during this slot. This is a good time to prepare notes, understand basics, make diagrams, tables, flash cards, mind maps etc. Try to make it interesting so that you understand the concepts well. Even if you thoroughly grasp one concept every day it is a big step in the right direction.

7:30 – 8:00 pm – Dinner time with family, have a healthy meal with greens and protein. Check Social media

8:00 to 8:30 pm – It is often said that if you want to develop a skill for a lifetime, practice it for 15 minutes everyday. So here is our chance to not only follow our passion but also develop our profile for college admissions later on. Practice the guitar, work for a social cause, or write a blog, anything that excites you. Just put in 20 minutes every day and on Fridays we will get a longer chunk of time from 8:00 pm to 10 pm to pursue this in depth.

Many students come to me and say that our extra curriculars do not look substantial enough and we wish to apply to universities in the US, so what should we do. And sometimes a last minute quick fix is just not good enough. So this is a secret recipe of developing a winning profile, but building on an area of passion steadily every day and every week. If you persist with this for just this small amount of time every week, by the end of 3 or 4 years it will become a substantial and very admirable portfolio.

8:30 pm to 9:00 pm – (Monday to Thursday) Organise yourself for the next day, filing, packing bag. One of our goals was to prepare ourselves for a successful life, and organising, filing, sorting and arranging our reading material, our room and our books is a very important part of leading an organised life.

9:00 to 10:00 pm – (Monday to Thursday) study a different subject at this time. It is important to use this last session to take up stuff that needs memorisation. When you learn important material just before going to bed, the sub conscious mind works on it and you remember it better in the long term

10:00 – 10:30 pm – Unwind, clear up your study space, relax, and get into bed – Avoid screen time at this stage. On Fridays you can extend this to 11 pm

Commute time

Many of you travel for an hour or more every day and you have your phone with you. So here’s what you can do – download the ‘google podcast’ app and search for the types of topics you are looking for. Then subscribe to the channels you like and download a few episodes. Once you listen to them, they automatically get deleted. So, whenever I’m stuck on a plane or in a car, I just plug in my headphones, I get to learn something new and you can also improve your English in this way.

Some of my favourite podcasts are ‘The knowledge Project, The seen and the unseen, Discovery by BBC and you can try ‘Getting In’ if you are looking at studying abroad or College Info Geek. There are tons of different topics if you like science, arts, history, crime beat or artificial intelligence.

 Weekends

Saturdays – Wake up at 7 am follow the same routine of warm lemon water and fruits and exercise for an hour till 8:30 am.

Sundays – you can wake up at 8:00 / 8:30 am

8:30am to 9 am – Shower and have a healthy breakfast

9am to 11 am – Start your first study session. Take up the most challenging topic or important assignment first thing in the morning. Mark Twain once said that you should ‘eat your frog’ the first thing in the morning. And the frog is the most important and daunting task. See more on this in the 10 Best Scientific Tips for Studies

Take a 10 minute break in the middle to hydrate yourself, stretch your legs and breathe in some fresh air.

Once you complete this 2 hour session first thing in the morning, when your mind is fresh, and you have attacked the biggest monster in the pack, you will feel very productive and motivated the entire day.

11:00 to 11:30 am – Break, hydrate, healthy snack e.g. fruits / sprouts

11:30am to 1:00 pm – Preferably choose a different subject from the one you studied in the morning, to avoid mental fatigue. Solve test papers, question banks, mock tests, past papers, sample questions. Take a 10 minute break in between to hydrate

1:00 to 2:30 pm– Keep everything aside for now. It’s lunch time. Take a break, check your phone, have a good lunch, with a balance of green vegetables, proteins, curd, dal etc. Take a nap for 20 mins, since short mid-day naps are known to increase the alpha waves in the brain which are the best for productivity.

4:00 to 4:30pm – take a break. Take a healthy snack, with some greens and protein. Hydrate, out for a walk. Call a friend to clarify doubts or discuss some important points, catch up on social media if necessary

4:30 to 5:30pm – Saturdays – Try something creative. Try to cook or any thing new and creative

Sundays – Plan for the next week. Planning is a very important part of preparing for success.

5:30 pm to 7:30 pm – Go out and meet friends, spend time with family, talk to people, get your social media dose if you need but I prefer going out and meeting my friends face to face

7:30 pm – have a light dinner with a balance of greens and proteins.

8:00 pm to 10:00 – Take on content that needs memorization and understanding. Take a 10 minute break in between for hydration. When you learn important material just before going to bed, the sub conscious mind works on it and you remember it better in the long term

10 pm / 10:30 pm– bed time

Heya! I know this is kind of off-topic but I had to
ask. Does building a well-established blog like yours require a massive amount work?
I am completely new to running a blog but I do write in my diary every
day. I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share
my personal experience and feelings online. Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips for brand new aspiring blog owners.
Appreciate it!
